When I joined the brand there was no source of truth, no best practices, no perspective on the Oxford comma (gasp!) That’s when I knew I had my work cut out for me. Below is the result of countless hours, scrutiny, and some pretty darn good guardrails on how to bring the DoorDash brand to life.
